There is a $30 fee per shoe stain left in the home. - No house parties or events of any size. Excessive noise levels will be monitored - No additional guests outside of the confirmed guest count at booking unless approved by the hosts. Guest count will be tracked using onsite security cameras. Having extra guests will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with no refund - Substances: No illegal items allowed on premises - Quiet Hours: Between 10pm and 8am - please respect our neighbors - Timing: Respect check-in & check-out times - Dishes: Please wash all used dishes and kitchen supplies - Pets: No pets allowed unless previously agreed to at booking - Do not flush ANYTHING that’s not toilet paper. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs. - If raining: Close all doors & windows; move outdoor furniture cushions under the roof - Penalties for the following. Claim will be filed with Airbnb. - Stolen towels: $20 per towel, no matter the size - Smoking in the home: $500 - Lost pool key: $50 to rekey - Late checkout past 11am without our consent: $75 - Non-approved additional guests: $100 per guest per night - Excessive cleaning if place is left with trash everywhere: $150 - Hair dye or tan stains: charged based on cleaning or replacement fee - Damage in the home or stolen items: you will be charged for replacement fees
